Vintage Astatic JT-30 Youngstown, Ohio Crystal Microphone
This is an almost flawless Astatic Model 30 Youngstown, Ohio Manufactured Crystal Microphone (March 1940) in the original Chocolate Brown paint. As you can see from the pictures the original element is in excellent condition and has a good Strong Output and Tons of Vintage Crystal Tone

The microphone is in all original condition except the cracked and crumbling original cable has been replaced with a new high quality Belden Chocolate Brown cable (with Switchcraft screw connector at the mic end and a 1/4" plug at the amp end) and a Switchcraft connector has been installed on the microphone.

There are a few minor chips in the paint which are noticeable on close inspection but the microphone is in excellent condition for one that is nearly 70 years old.

also included is the matching wood stem which screws into the bottom of the microphone.
