The Harp Mic Shop offers the following Returns Policy: All products are tested thoroughly prior to shipping and are guaranteed to leave The Harp Mic Shop in working condition. We realize that occasionally our product may fail or become damaged in shipping. We will gladly replace any defective product or refund your money if no replacement is available (one-of-a-kind items). Please contact our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Dept. (returns@harpmicshop.com) for your RMA #. We are not respionsible for loss, damage or misplacement of any item returned without a valid RMA #.
